As a senior partner, she serves as the global lead client service partner for a complex global and Canadian consumer-retail client. Having lived in five different countries, Jennifer draws upon her international experience to serve global consumer clients and private equity owned operating boards and CEOs. Jennifer was formerly the managing partner for Deloitte Canada’s Emerging Growth businesses, where she addressed significant client and market issues such as the future of trust, climate change/ESG, and digital identity. As the Global Managing Partner of Financial Advisory Clients and Markets , Jennifer led strategic growth initiatives for the firm and where she shaped the global resilience platform which advised clients on how to build resilience and protect value in this uncertain world. Coming from an immigrant family, Jennifer is a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion. She is a senior technology leader with extensive technical and business experience. In her previous role, Lucia was the VP, Global Resident CISO at Proofpoint, a leading cybersecurity company.
