Meet the Team

As Founder & CEO of ZeroStone, James guides CEOs through the evolution of their businesses with AI and agentic AI solutions. Drawing on his extensive experience as a five-time founder (with three exits) and an enterprise GTM leader, James specializes in helping companies reimagine business workflows and reshape culture. His deep expertise, spanning cloud, telco, healthcare, retail, AI, and enterprise sales, is complemented by an engineer's approach to first principles, ensuring impactful, scalable solutions. His leadership is defined by strategic focus, operational grit, and a bias for action. His 25+ years of diverse leadership encompass developing and launching innovative medical technologies, growing prominent technology platforms and holding key executive roles in high-growth organizations in a variety of industries. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

As Chief Strategy Officer at ZeroStone, Brice Scheschuk is instrumental in shaping the company's future, ensuring long-term differentiation and value creation for customers. He's a strong advocate for the responsible use of AI, integrating its power ethically and effectively into ZeroStone's strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth and innovation. Brice is also the Managing Partner of Globalive Capital. He co-founded and served as CFO of WIND Mobile, and was CEO of Globalive Communications. With over thirty years' experience building and operating companies through significant technological shifts, including the increasing relevance of AI-driven strategies, Brice brings a proven track record of leadership when it counts. He obtained his CPA, CA designation and B.Comm (Hon.) Finance from Dalhousie University, and served as a Maritime Surface Officer in the Royal Canadian Naval Reserve. Brice serves on numerous boards (public, private, not-for-profit) and is a frequent speaker on scale-up entrepreneurship and innovation, with a keen eye on AI's role in future ventures. He co-founded MindFrame Connect, a not-for-profit focused on mentorship and entrepreneurial resiliency, and supports Build Canada.

As a Vice-Chair of Deloitte, Jennifer is a bold, inspiring leader who creates global transformation for her clients.  Jennifer uses her deep knowledge and experience in strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to transform their business models and create value. As a senior partner, she serves as the global lead client service partner for a complex global and Canadian consumer-retail client. Having lived in five different countries, Jennifer draws upon her international experience to serve global consumer clients and private equity owned operating boards and CEOs. Jennifer was formerly the managing partner for Deloitte Canada’s Emerging Growth businesses, where she addressed significant client and market issues such as the future of trust, climate change/ESG, and digital identity.  As the Global Managing Partner of Financial Advisory Clients and Markets , Jennifer led strategic growth initiatives for the firm and where she shaped the global resilience platform which advised clients on how to build resilience and protect value in this uncertain world. She was named one of the Top Global Leaders by Consulting Magazine and as the Manulife Mentor of the Year by Ascend Canada. Coming from an immigrant family, Jennifer is a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion. Her passion for driving local and global impact is also demonstrated in her past and present volunteerism and board work. Currently, she serves on the board of Trillium Health Partners, where she Chairs the Patient Quality and Experience Committee; the board of Windmill Microlending, as the Chair of the Governance Committee; and most recently joined the board of Mount Pleasant Group, an organization with $1.2B of assets under management. Jennifer holds a BA from University of Waterloo and an MBA from University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business. In addition to her professional life, Jennifer teaches a top-rated elective on Management Consulting at Rotman.

Lucia Milică Stacy serves as Chief Information Security Officer at Stanley Black and Decker, Inc, a Fortune 500 American manufacturer of industrial tools and household hardware. She is a senior technology leader with extensive technical and business experience. In her previous role, Lucia was the VP, Global Resident CISO at Proofpoint, a leading cybersecurity company. Additionally, she served as VP, Chief Information Security Officer & Chief Privacy Officer for Polycom, where she managed all aspects of data privacy and information security. She has also held leadership and technical roles in IT governance & strategy, security risk and compliance, corporate and product security, data privacy, and IT infrastructure at other companies, including HP, Palm, Wells Fargo, and Franklin Templeton. Many organizations in the cybersecurity industry and broader business community have asked her to speak at their conferences, symposiums, and other events. She has also extended her contributions to her profession by serving as an advisory board member and active participant with the cybersecurity industry and relevant industry groups, including policy council and board membership on the National Technology Security Coalition, and service with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) 405(d) Cybersecurity Task Group, SC Media Advisory Board, and Forbes Technology Council. Alex Ghita is Global General Counsel of BlueCat Networks, the global network operations software and SaaS company trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises. For over 15 years he has built and led legal teams for high-growth, PE-backed and public tech firms, navigating complex global transactions and compliance. At BlueCat, Alex oversees commercial, M&A, IP, and regulatory matters worlwide. He previously served as Global General Counsel at AppDynamics, guiding the company through a period of significant ARR growth and global expansion, and as Legal Director at Cisco, where he sat on senior leadership teams for Canadian and Americas business segments. Alex has architected enterprise frameworks for AI governance, privacy, and ESG.
