The Role: Full Stack Developer
As a Full Stack Developer at ZeroStone, you are the engineering force that turns AI concepts and designs into real, production-grade systems inside client environments.
You collaborate closely with AI architects, AI engineers, data scientists, and product designers to build:
- AI-powered applications
- Agentic workflow systems
- Secure integrations with ERP, CRM, WMS, and custom enterprise software
- Human-in-the-loop UIs for decisions, review steps, and exception handling
- Operational dashboards, internal tools, and customer-facing interfaces
- Reliable APIs, backends, and automations that run at enterprise scale
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for an experienced generalist who thrives on solving ambiguous problems, working across the stack, and shipping high-impact systems quickly and safely.
You will work primarily in client cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and will help bridge the gap between modern AI systems and legacy operational realities.
What You’ll Do
Engineering & Architecture
- Design and build full-stack applications leveraging modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar) and backend services (Node.js, Python/FastAPI, Go, or similar).
- Build secure APIs and middleware to serve AI models and orchestrate agentic workflows.
- Develop human-in-the-loop user interfaces for review, approval, and exception management.
- Integrate with client systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, Netsuite, WMS/OMS, SFTP, SQL/NoSQL databases, and REST/GraphQL services.
- Implement event-driven and serverless architectures (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure setup (IaC with Terraform/Bicep), CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
AI, Automation & Workflow Systems
- Work with AI/ML engineers to embed LLM reasoning outputs into operational workflows.
- Build orchestration layers for multi-agent workflows, documents processing, or task automation.
- Implement quality, monitoring, and observability patterns for AI-enabled systems.
- Translate model outputs into robust UI components, APIs, and automation logic.
Delivery & Client Collaboration
- Work directly with client technical teams to understand constraints, environments, and integration points.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into maintainable engineering solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment runbooks.
- Participate in technical discovery sessions and solution shaping for new projects.

Required Skills & Experience
Core Technical Skills
- 6–10+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).
- Strong experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Python/FastAPI, NestJS, Go, or similar).
- Proficiency with REST/GraphQL API design and integrating with third-party APIs.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also valuable).
- Knowledge of serverless and event-driven architectures.
- Experience working with authentication & authorization (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Familiarity with Docker, containerized services, and microservice architectures.
AI & Automation Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience integrating LLMs through APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, etc.).
- Experience building human-in-the-loop review workflows or automation systems.
- Familiarity with workflow engines, queues, or job orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow, Durable Functions).
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, or RAG pipelines.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or similar) and prompt-driven development workflows to accelerate code generation, debugging, and refactoring.
